About Our Peanuts
- Lightly Salted Blister-Fried Peanuts - Super Extra Large Peanuts roasted to perfection in pure peanut oil then lightly salted with micro fine salt for just the right taste that will have you coming back for more.
- Unsalted Blister Fried Peanuts - Super Extra Large Peanuts roasted to perfection in pure peanut oil with no salt, just pure peanut taste!
- Carolina Cajun Peanuts - Extra Large Peanuts roasted in pure peanut oil then dusted with super spicy Cajun seasoning. Not too spicy, just a little kick!!
- Redskin Peanuts - Extra Large Peanuts with the redskin husk left on. Cooked to perfection in peanut oil then dusted with mirco fine salt. These goobers have a nutty taste but not quite crunchy as the Blister Fried Peanuts.
- Candied Peanuts - Extra Large Blister Fried Peanuts candy coated in sugar.
- Chocolate Covered Peanuts - We use our Blister Fried Peanuts and cover them in just the right amount of milk chocolate, then hand drop them in small clusters. We make them in small batches just like in Grandma’s kitchen!
- “Hot” Chocolate Peanuts - Our delicious chocolate covered peanuts with a dash of chili oil. A unique blend of sweet & spicy, you’ll feel the heat about the time you swallow.
- Choco-Scotch - Our delicious chocolate covered peanuts with a tad bit of butterscotch flavoring. Scrumptious!
- Better Bites - Our newest candy creation. Imagine chopped peanuts, rolled in creamy caramel then dipped in milk chocolate. Out of this world delicious! These “Better Bites” were unveiled on September 24 at the 2008 Food & Beverage Show in Miami, Florida.
- Roasted in the Shell - We use only the biggest and best in shell peanuts and roast them slowly. No salt needed on these great tasting goobers. Remember the old days of roasting a pan of peanuts in the oven? These taste like old times.
- Raw Peanuts - For those of you who would like some of our Extra Large Peanuts to cook for yourself.
